Marketing Coordinator

RN Services | Multi-Location Marketing & Brand AwarenessRN Services is seeking a creative, organized, and results-driven Marketing Coordinator to support brand awareness and marketing efforts across four locations. This position will manage social media channels, create consistent marketing materials, and help strengthen the visibility of RN Services within the communities we serve.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain social media channels for four RN Services locations, ensuring consistent messaging, timely updates, and engaging content.Create and schedule posts that promote brand awareness, employee engagement, recruiting efforts, community involvement, and company culture.Develop marketing materials including brochures, rack cards, flyers, handouts, and other branded collateral.Create unified presentations and marketing templates that support consistent branding across departments and locations.Partner with leadership and operational teams to identify content opportunities, highlight services, and support local marketing initiatives.Monitor social media performance and recommend ways to improve reach, engagement, and visibility.Ensure all materials reflect the RN Services brand, voice, mission, and professional standards.QualificationsPrior experience in marketing, communications, social media management, graphic design, or a related field preferred.Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills with attention to detail.Experience using social media platforms professionally, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, or similar channels.Ability to create polished marketing materials and presentations using tools such as Canva, PowerPoint, Publisher, Adobe products, or similar design platforms.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and location-specific needs.Creative mindset with the ability to maintain brand consistency while developing fresh, engaging content.Healthcare, home care, or recruitment marketing experience is a plus.Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate is creative, collaborative, self-motivated, and comfortable balancing both strategic brand awareness and hands-on content creation.
