Quality Production Specialist (Experienced) Company: Boeing Aerospace Operations Location: JRB New Orleans, LA Position Overview Supports the Boeing Global Services (BGS) organization. Responsibilities Provides oversight of Quality directives, policies, processes and procedures. Collects and verifies data to support the identification of root cause routine problems. Performs audits to determine compliance with quality management system standards, configuration assurance, related business, regulatory and customer requirements. Documents audit results in standard formats. Other tasks as assigned. Works under general supervision. Performs Quality oversight of maintenance activities. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience) 3+ years experience with Aircraft inspection (FA18 preferred) Microsoft Office proficiency Capable of traveling on an as needed basis (up to 10%) Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience) Ability to work independently Proven problem solving experience Experience with RCCA, CARs, PQDRs, EIs, Maintenance Mishap Incident Investigations 3+ years’ experience with Boeing quality assurance programs such as FOD and Tool Control Total Rewards and Pay Transparency Boeing provides eligible employees with a total rewards package that includes competitive base pay and variable compensation opportunities, and a variety of benefit programs such as health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and programs for paid and unpaid time away from work. Pay Range: $89,250 - $120,750/Annually.
