Registered Nurse (RN) - Surgical/Bariatric - Acute Care

Role Full-time RN Acute Care in Surgery/Bariatric unit, working night shifts (7p-7a). Responsibilities Perform the nursing process using evidence-based practice to deliver individualized, high-quality patient care. Coordinate care through effective partnerships, advocate for patient-centered approaches, and support safety and outcomes. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, document care accurately, and promote a respectful, inclusive environment. Participate in performance improvement, research, and professional development activities. Support resource management and contribute to protocol development to enhance care quality. Qualifications & Skills Associate's Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred. GA or Compact Nursing License, BLS certification. Minimum of 2 years RN experience. Ability to work night shifts (7p-7a) three days per week. Strong critical thinking, collaboration, and communication skills. Knowledge of clinical standards, evidence-based practice, and patient safety protocols.
