Training of ZF staff on advanced problem-solving tools and techniques. Creates and improves data management systems to minimize risk and identifies potential projects and problem areas. Active support on the creation and preparation of training material and other documents. Proactive assistance on potential critical projects or customer complaints.What can you look forward as Plant Quality Engineer:Support and comply with company corporate principles, goals, and automotive quality requirements.Monitor manufacturing processes and product quality to ensure compliance with customer and company specifications.Develop and maintain quality documentation, procedures, risk analyses, audit records, and lessons learned.Interpret prints, measurement tools, and GD&T requirements to support quality evaluations.Guide manufacturing teams in applying quality systems, problem-solving methods, and continuous improvement tools.Coordinate with cross-functional departments to resolve issues, manage escalations, and protect internal and external customers.Initiate and complete engineering changes while ensuring conformity to quality standards.Lead and support top problem-solving projects, including training, templates, methodologies, and project finalization with defined teams.Your profile as an Plant Quality Engineer:Bachelor’s degree in EngineeringMinimum of 3 years of experience in a quality engineering role.
