Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform and process X-Rays using portable digital (DR) or computed (CR) radiography equipment and submit images to Radiologists for interpretation
• Unload and transport portable X-Ray equipment into facilities to complete physician-ordered exams with clinically diagnostic, technically competent results
• Perform EKGs when needed and transmit results to Cardiologists for interpretation
• Scan exam-related paperwork and billing documents daily following established protocols
• Maintain regular communication with dispatch and management teams
• Build professional relationships with peers, supervisors, and facility clients
• Keep vehicle and X-Ray equipment in excellent working condition

Qualifications

• ARRT Certification required
• Valid California state license required
• Valid driver's license in good standing required
• COVID-19 vaccination required (exemptions with proper documentation accepted)
• Ability to push/pull 50-100 lbs with assistance from vehicle ramps and pulleys

Knowledge & Skills

• Portable digital (DR) and computed (CR) radiography equipment operation
• Mobile X-Ray imaging techniques for nursing homes and healthcare facilities
• EKG performance and transmission when applicable
• Professional communication with dispatch, management, and facility staff
• Equipment maintenance and vehicle care
