Job Description AECOM Hunt is seeking a Construction Project Engineer in Tampa, FL, Orlando, FL and/or Gainesville, GA This position is expected to start immediately. The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: Assisting the Project Management team by overseeing construction administration tasks Preparing subcontractor reports as needed to keep Supervisor and Client informed of ongoing progress Participating in site visits. Coordinating and assisting superintendent as required Receiving, reviewing and submitting documents for approval (Submittals/ RFIs/ etc.) Assisting project manager costs and scheduling to ensure completion of project within budget and in conformance with contract Working with document control systems, project management systems and other software or databases to keep information flow up-to-date and accurate Attending meetings and reporting on project tasks as needed. Qualifications Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management or other related field or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education Preferred Qualifications: Previous internship experience in construction management Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
