PRN Registered Nurse (RN) Nights Perimeter Healthcare of Forrest City has an immediate opening for a PRN RN. Responsibilities include: Providing quality and excellent nursing care to assigned behavioral health children and adolescents Regularly assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating each resident’s care, and producing a comprehensive nursing assessment care and current nursing care plan Developing measurable goals on the Multi-disciplinary Treatment Plan that are mutually set with the treatment team and resident Completing daily progress notes for assigned residents Providing a safe, therapeutic environment that protects resident rights Maintaining professional relationships with patients, family members and staff of the Facility Qualified candidates should have: Active RN license in the State of Arkansas or compact license Perimeter Healthcare is one of the leading behavioral health care providers in the country for children, adolescents, adults, and senior adults.
