Hiring Material Handlers (Sit Down Forklift)

Material Handler Forklift

Operate propane or electric forklifts to move steel, aluminum, and components throughout the facility. Load and unload materials from trucks, racks, and staging areas. Deliver raw materials to production lines and remove finished or scrap materials as required. Verify materials against work orders, pick lists, or job travelers. Safely stack, store, and organize truck bodies and other materials in designated areas. Inspect materials and report damage, shortages, or discrepancies. Perform daily forklift inspections and basic maintenance checks.

Responsibilities

• Operate propane or electric forklifts to move steel, aluminum, and truck body components throughout the facility.
• Load and unload materials from trucks, racks, and staging areas.
• Deliver raw materials to production lines and remove finished or scrap materials as required.
• Verify materials against work orders, pick lists, or job travelers.
• Safely stack, store, and organize truck bodies and other materials in designated areas.
• Inspect materials and report any damage, shortages, or discrepancies.
• Perform daily forklift inspections and basic maintenance checks.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Sit Down Forklift experience is a must.
• Willingness to clean around the facility.
• Ability to assist other technicians as needed.

This is a Contract position based out of Lebanon, TN 37087.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
