Local septic company looking for scheduler/office administrator. Position is available immediately. Primary responsibilities include: answering phones, scheduling routes, managing calendars, and responding to client emails and questions. Candidate must have excellent customer service skills and experience handling a high volume of phone calls. Attention to detail, and the ability to carefully follow instructions is required. Experience with Quickbooks, Outlook, and Microsoft Office is desirable, but not required. A spotless criminal background check and drug screening are mandatory. All candidates must be organized, capable of multitasking and juggling frequent interruptions, and able to work independently once trained. Fluent written and spoken English is required. Average 35 hours per week.
