Pharmacy operations Supervisor

We are hiring a Supervisor, Pharmacy Fulfillment Operations to support and lead our pharmacy fulfillment technicians in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. Why Blink Health? Role: Supervisor, Pharmacy Fulfillment Operations Location: Chesterfield, MO (100% On-Site | 400 S Woods Mill Rd) Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7 AM – 7 PM coverage (with rotating Saturdays, 8 AM – 4 PM) What You’ll Do: Lead day-to-day fulfillment workflows, manage dock and freight operations, coach technicians, and ensure high quality and regulatory compliance. Requirements: 2–3+ years of leadership/operations experience in healthcare, pharmacy, supply chain, or fulfillment settings.
