Director, Electrical Licensing & Compliance

The Director, Electrical Licensing and Compliance will lead ABM’s Energy and Power Solutions strategy and execution of electrical licensing, permitting, and regulatory compliance programs across all applicable jurisdictions. This role ensures that the organization maintains all required contractor and trade licenses, supports safe and compliant operations, and minimizes business risk by aligning field execution, project delivery, and corporate practices with federal, state, and local regulations. The Director will serve as the central authority on licensing compliance, enabling market expansion, supporting project execution, and maintaining strong relationships with regulatory bodies and authorities having jurisdiction. Pay $121,800 - $180,000 The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. You may be eligible to participate in a Company incentive or bonus program. Work Environment This role may require periodic travel to project sites and regulatory agencies.
