As our Sales Representative, your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends equips you to communicate directly with customers, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value. You may also assist in developing strategies and establishing quotas for our agency. You would have minimum daily, weekly and monthly sales goals for auto, home, life and health insurance. I have a proven process that has been successful with all of my sales team members who follow the process 100% and believe the product.
