Systems and Infrastructure Engineer III

: Position Summary... What you'll do... The Systems and Infrastructure Engineer III will be responsible for several aspects of the Digital Media Services products, including digital signage hardware, media distribution networks and back-end server/infrastructure. The role will help with designing new solutions for our internal Walmart business partners and also help maintaining existing solutions. From groceries and entertainment to sporting goods and crafts, Walmart U.S. offers an extensive selection that our customers value, whether they shop online at Walmart.com, through one of our mobile apps, or in-store. Focus areas include customers, stores and employees, in-store service, merchant tools, merchant data science, and search and personalization. The Digital Media Services team falls under Enterprise Business Services within Walmart Global Tech. Our team supports digital signage and radio technology across Walmart US, Sam's Club US and Walmart International. We provide solution design and build services, as well as operational services such as device management and project rollouts. We operate a growing network of 30K+ endpoints across 5 countries. What you'll do:

• Support and maintain existing digital media hardware and infrastructure

• Design and deploy new solutions using standards and practices defined by Digital Media Services

• Support and maintain back-end cloud infrastructure (compute, database, services)

• Support and maintain network configuration of devices

• Support change management processes for the team

What you'll bring:

• Digital signage and/or AV engineering experience

• TCP/IP knowledge and network management experience

• Solution design and project management experience

• Cloud infrastructure (Azure/GCP) management experience
