Our needs:

We have an immediate opening in our Houston office for a Senior Level Landscape Architect with Team Leadership and Project Management experience.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in landscape architecture, architecture, or urban design (master's degree preferred but not required)
• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in landscape architecture, urban design, or planning, with a proven track record in leadership and project management
• Experience successfully managing clients, complex projects, and design teams
• Demonstrated strength in business development, including building client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and contributing to firm growth
• Strong graphic skills, including proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, and graphics programs
• Ability to think critically, communicate effectively, and produce high-quality work
• Comfort speaking at public meetings and to small groups
• Experience facilitating work sessions with groups of various sizes
