QuickPro Staffing is seeking dependable and motivated Operations Associates to join a fast-paced warehouse and distribution environment. This position supports multiple departments including Receiving, Returns, Customer Pick-Up, Repair Shop, Prep & Assembly, and general warehouse operations. Candidates should be team-oriented, safety-focused, and ready to contribute to a productive and professional workplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate professionalism, teamwork, integrity, and accountability in daily operations
• Read and follow work orders, shipping orders, and verbal/written instructions from supervisors and team leads
• Unbox, assemble, inspect, and perform minor repairs on furniture and materials as needed
• Safely load, unload, move, and transport products using pallets, carts, dollies, hand trucks, shelving, and other warehouse equipment
• Properly operate and care for warehouse tools and equipment including RF scanners, radios, tablets, and powered equipment
• Maintain awareness of surroundings while following all safety procedures and PPE requirements
• Assist with facility upkeep including sweeping, dusting, organizing, and maintaining a clean work environment
• Keep warehouse areas organized, clean, and safe at all times
• Work independently as well as collaboratively within a warehouse/distribution team environment
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Ability to safely lift and move up to 50 pounds consistently
• Strong hand-eye coordination and ability to assemble or position products efficiently
• Previous warehouse, assembly, or powered equipment experience preferred
• Experience with hand tools and power tools is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Flexibility to work varying schedules and overtime as needed

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Regular standing, walking, bending, lifting, hearing, and speaking throughout the shift
• Ability to work extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays when required
• Must follow all uniform and safety requirements
