How You Will Make an Impact

• Drive Strategic Growth: Analyze financial data and business trends to prepare accurate forecasts and guide leadership decisions.

• Optimize Financial Health: Evaluate and recommend impactful enhancements to financial policies, strengthening our market position.

• Ensure Data Integrity: Compute data for journal entries and meticulously review the general ledger and financial statements to maintain absolute accuracy.

• Deliver Actionable Insights: Synthesize information to prepare comprehensive ledgers, tax documents, and financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.

• Champion Best Practices: Uphold the highest standards of organizational security and workplace health and safety protocols.

What You Bring to the Team

• Analytical Prowess: 5+ years of experience working as a Financial Analyst along with a proven ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid, actionable conclusions.

• Technical Fluency: Advanced PC skills, including proficiency with Windows-based operating systems and enterprise financial software packages.

• Mathematical Precision: Demonstrated quantitative skills, including the ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages, and expertly interpret financial graphs.

• Clear Communication: The ability to effectively present complex financial information and respond to questions from managers, clients, and partners.
