We're looking for a friendly, compassionate, and detail-oriented Veterinary Receptionist to be the warm and professional face of our practice.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Greeting clients and their four-legged family members with a smile (and maybe a treat!)
• Answering phones, emails, and client questions with patience and positivity
• Scheduling appointments and helping keep our doctors organized
• Registering new patients, updating records, and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes
• Handling invoices, payments, and paperwork with accuracy and care
• Helping us keep the lobby calm, organized, clean and welcoming (yes, even when things get busy!)
• Supporting our reputation as a trusted, caring, and professional veterinary hospital

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent (certificate program a plus)
• At least 1 year of administrative, reception, or customer service experience (bonus if it's in veterinary or medical fields!)
• A warm, compassionate personality that makes clients and pets feel at ease
• Stellar organizational skills and the ability to multitask like a pro
• Strong communication skillsyou're great with people in person, on the phone, and over email
• Team player who can also shine independently
• Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism
