Our flagship Arabic Proficiency Programme supports students worldwide. As we expand our US audience, we are seeking an experienced high-ticket sales closer. About the Role This is a sales closing position for Muslims only, not lead generation, appointment setting, or administrative onboarding. You will conduct one-to-one Zoom consultations with prospective students who have already expressed interest and booked an appointment. Your responsibility is to understand their goals, identify their challenges, communicate the programme’s value, address objections, and guide suitable prospects towards an informed enrolment decision during the consultation. Key Responsibilities Discover each prospect’s motivations, Arabic-learning goals, and obstacles. Clearly explain the programme and its fit for their needs. Handle questions and objections professionally and confidently. Ask for the enrolment and close suitable prospects during the call wherever appropriate. Maintain accurate consultation, follow-up, and sales records. Work towards agreed conversion and enrolment targets. Uphold the institute’s values in every interaction. Who We're Looking For — Passion for Arabic We are seeking more than an accomplished high-ticket closer. The ideal candidate is genuinely passionate about Arabic and has personally experienced the journey of learning it. For many students, Arabic opens the door to understanding the Qur’an, improving their salah, and engaging with Islamic scholarship. We want someone who can speak about that journey with conviction because they have experienced its challenges and rewards firsthand. You should have studied Arabic, be currently learning it, or already have proficiency in the language. Fluency is not required; meaningful personal engagement with Arabic is. You should also respect the pursuit of beneficial knowledge (ṭalab al-ʿilm), the etiquette of students of knowledge, and the importance of sincerity, humility, excellent character and trust. Personal experience studying Arabic, current engagement in learning it, or existing proficiency; fluency is not required. Genuine enthusiasm for Arabic and respect for the culture of ṭalab al-ʿilm. Proven high-ticket closing experience, preferably in education, coaching, mentorship, or services. Experience closing offers valued at $1,000 or more. A measurable, demonstrable track record, including closing rates, call volume, and sales outcomes. Excellent English communication, listening, consultative sales, and objection-handling skills. Experience selling over Zoom or similar platforms. Confidence asking for the sale while avoiding aggressive or manipulative tactics.
