Buyer II
Location: Boston, MA Pay Rate: $28–$30/hour Duration: 3 Months – Potential Extension/Conversion
About the Role
We are seeking a Buyer II to manage purchasing activities, purchase orders, supplier relationships, and material planning in a fast-paced supply chain environment. The role will involve working with suppliers and cross-functional teams to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials.
Must-Have Skills
- 3+ years of experience in Buying, Procurement, or Purchasing.
- Hands-on experience with PO creation, management, and rescheduling.
- Strong supplier/vendor management experience.
- Experience with ERP systems for procurement and supply/demand tracking.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and data lookups.
- Experience with material/component procurement and supply chain operations.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
