Step into a rewarding contract role supporting students as a School Psychologist for the 2026-2027 school year. This full-time opportunity involves working 37.5 hours each week with a K-12 caseload, focusing on students with moderate to severe disabilities. Your expertise will have a meaningful impact as you assess educational needs, collaborate with educators and families, and help foster an inclusive school environment.
Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in School Psychology required
- Valid New Hampshire state licensure
- Background working with children or youth; school-based experience is a plus but not mandatory
- Strong communication skills and an ability to work compassionately with students, staff, and families
- Comfortable managing a varied caseload and approaching challenges with flexibility and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological and educational assessments for students across grade levels
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) in partnership with the multidisciplinary team
- Provide direct and consultative services to support student learning, emotional health, and behavioral success
- Collaborate regularly with teachers, counselors, administrators, and families
- Participate actively in intervention planning, eligibility meetings, and ongoing student progress reviews
- Maintain thorough, timely documentation and comply with all ethical and legal standards
