Registered Nurse (RN)Emergency DepartmentLevel 2Part-TimeDays/Nights rotation$55–$60/hr, depending on experienceThe Level 2 Registered Nurse (RN) in the Emergency Department provides high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced acute care hospital setting. This part-time role supports both day and night shifts and requires strong clinical judgment, the ability to manage high-acuity patients, and effective collaboration with the interdisciplinary emergency care team.Key Responsibilities:Deliver direct nursing care to patients presenting with a wide range of emergency conditionsPerform rapid assessments, triage, and ongoing patient monitoringAdminister medications, IV therapies, blood products, and emergency interventions as orderedRecognize and respond promptly to changes in patient conditionAssist with trauma response and emergency proceduresEducate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, and discharge instructionsMaintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic medical recordAdhere to hospital safety, quality, and infection control standardsCollaborate effectively with physicians, advanced practice providers, and support staffQualifications:Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standingLevel 2 RN experience with demonstrated Emergency Department competencyPrior Emergency Department experience preferredBLS requiredStrong critical-thinking, multitasking, and communication skillsSchedule & Work Requirements:Part-Time: 2 x 12-hour shifts per weekDays/Nights rotationEvery other weekend requiredNo on-call requiredAt Blue United Sourcing, we connect you with:Top-paying contractsFlexible schedulesHands-on support every step of the wayWe're Hiring Nationwide!
