Production Supervisor

Ajulia Executive Search is seeking a Production Supervisor (Fabrication) for a 2nd shift position in Hobart, IN. This role involves collaborating with the Plant Manager and cross-functional teams to enhance product quality, reduce warranty returns, and implement corrective actions based on RMA and quality data. Responsibilities Collaborate with the Plant Manager and cross-functional teams to enhance product quality, reduce warranty returns, and implement corrective actions based on RMA and quality data Monitor cycle-count variances, analyze labor needs to meet shipping schedules, and maintain accurate labor and production records to support performance goals Manage employee records, payroll, and disciplinary actions while fostering open communication and positive morale across the workforce Ensure a safe working environment and uphold compliance with safety protocols and company standards Qualifications Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and experience with ERP systems Proficient in spreadsheets, documentation tools, and mainframe systems; able to communicate clearly and work collaboratively with teams Proven ability to lead and build high-performing teams while managing production schedules with minimal supervision Ajulia Executive Search is a New Jersey based Executive Search Firm specializing in retained searches in multiple sectors, including Manufacturing, Finance, IT, Legal, and Pharmaceutical.
