Minimum of 40 hours/month required to stay active
Provide compassionate care: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility
Assist with meals, medication reminders, and light housekeeping
Transport clients to appointments, errands, or outings
Monitor vital signs, intake/output, and assist with movement/exercises
Promote a safe and comfortable environment
Uphold client dignity, privacy, and rights
