Glengariff Healthcare Center in Roslyn, NY seeks a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our sub-acute rehabilitation and long-term care team. The PT will assess referred patients, provide direct care, and develop treatment plans under physician direction.
You will educate patients and families, document progress, supervise PT assistants, and collaborate with all disciplines to deliver patient-centered care. NY licensure and accredited PT program are required; geriatric care experience preferred.
