Operations Associate

Summary The Operations Associate supports the daily operations of a retail store, including inventory processing, stockroom organization, and sales-floor support. This primarily non-selling role may also assist customers and support sales activities as business needs require. Responsibilities Process deliveries, merchandise, RFID scans, transfers, and replenishment activities. Maintain organized stockroom and sales-floor inventory, and support stock checks and merchandise delivery. Assist customers, process transactions, and help maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards. Collaborate with colleagues and support front- and back-of-house operations. Requirements Back-of-house or similar experience in a high-volume specialty environment is preferred. Communicate effectively and build positive working relationships with customers and colleagues. Ability to lift or maneuver up to 30 pounds and work around the sales floor, stockroom, fitting rooms, and office.
