Role Description We are excited to launch a new autism-focused daycare startup in Kennesaw and are looking for a compassionate, dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our founding team. This is a unique opportunity to help create a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment for children with autism and developmental needs while being part of something meaningful from the very beginning. Qualifications Licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Georgia Strong clinical skills, including patient assessment, care planning, and treatment administration Knowledge of healthcare compliance, documentation practices, and medical procedures Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with patients, families, and healthcare staff Ability to prioritize tasks, maintain accuracy, and work in a fast-paced environment Experience in a similar healthcare setting or with specialized care populations is preferred Passion for working with children Experience in pediatrics, behavioral health, autism, or developmental disabilities preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Pace Learning and Development Centers
