Project Manager - Electrical

Felix Construction is seeking an Electrical Project Manager for its Phoenix office. The role ensures accessibility and traceability of job materials across projects ranging from $250 k to $50 M. The candidate will communicate with clients, general contractors, superintendents, safety officers, field personnel, estimators, and other project stakeholders. Experience in the water/wastewater, industrial or heavy civil construction, and electrical controls is desired; exposure to industrial electrical is required. What You'll Be Doing Work closely with clients, GCs, superintendents, safety officers, field personnel, estimators, project managers and other related parties. Coordinate and manage reports, budgets, material schedules, work schedules and equipment purchases. Process change order requests and related project administrative documents. Generate effective and accurate submittals. Review and prepare operations and maintenance manuals. Represent the company professionally. Work out of Felix’s Phoenix office with frequent site visits. Who You Are College degree in electrical engineering, construction management, or equivalent years of experience in industrial electrical construction. Experience in the Water/Wastewater market strongly preferred. Able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks to maximize efficiency. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of NFPA codes and inspection procedures. Knowledge of electrical design, installation and procurement. Clean driving record.
