We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as an Account Supervisor. The Account Supervisor will play a pivotal role in our organization, serving as a key liaison between our clients and internal teams. You will be responsible for overseeing the execution of client projects, ensuring that deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard of quality. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen understanding of client needs and objectives. This role can be remote within the United States or based in any of our U.S. office locations, including New York City, Boston, Chicago, or Philadelphia. What you should have: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, or related field 2-3 years of experience in Account Management Strong understanding of pharmaceutical marketing regulations and guidelines (i.e., FDA regulations) Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts effectively Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Pay Range: $90,000-$100,000 The anticipated salary range for this position is listed above. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on job-related, non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to experience, skills, qualifications, geographic location, and internal parity.
