Recovery-Focused Housing Specialist
MHMR of Tarrant County
MHMR of Tarrant County is seeking a Housing Specialist to support clients’ journey toward sobriety and stable housing through home visitation and a person-centered approach. You will develop recovery plans with clients and families, ensure timely paperwork, and deliver intensive case coordination to at least 20 clients, while evaluating growth and progress in collaboration with the team. #J-18808-Ljbffr MHMR of Tarrant County
