Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated and experienced Med Surg Travel Nurse with expertise in MS/Oncology for an exciting opportunity in Utica, NY. This role involves working across various units including Oncology, Hematology, Nephrology, Endocrine, GI, Dermatology, and General Medicine, providing care to adult patients in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Med Surg - Travel

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Med Surg unit
• Administer medications, including chemotherapy, using specialty equipment
• Monitor patient progress and response to treatments
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided

Requirements of the RN - Med Surg - Travel

• 2+ years of experience in MS/Oncology
• Travel nursing experience required
• Active NY RN License and all RN licenses
• Current AHA BLS, NIHSS, Chemo Cert required
• Experience with EMR systems, specifically EPIC
