Специализируемся на Латинской Америке и глубоко погружены в специфику индустрии. В связи с расширением команды мы ищем Media Buyer, способного усилить нашу команду! Задачи: Запускать и масштабировать рекламные кампании в Facebook Ads (Meta Ads) на рынках Латинской Америки Самостоятельно тестировать офферы, креативы, аудитории и новые гипотезы Искать эффективные рекламные связки и масштабировать лучшие из них Анализировать эффективность кампаний и оптимизировать их на основе ключевых performance-метрик Поддерживать стабильный объём и качество трафика Анализировать результаты тестов, формировать выводы и предлагать новые точки роста Требования: Опыт в media buying / performance marketing в вертикали iGaming Практический опыт работы с Facebook Ads (Meta Ads): самостоятельный запуск, оптимизация и масштабирование рекламных кампаний Наличие успешных кейсов за последние 3–6 месяцев и готовность обсуждать конкретные результаты Понимание ключевых метрик и умение выводить кампании в плюс Опыт работы с креативами: постановка ТЗ, тестирование подходов и форматов Сильное аналитическое мышление, самостоятельность, проактивность и ориентация на результат Будет плюсом: Будет плюсом опыт с другими источниками трафика Условия: Работу в международной компании с амбициозными задачами и возможностью напрямую влиять на развитие бизнеса Высокий уровень автономности, быстрое принятие решений и отсутствие микроменеджмента - мы доверяем экспертности и предоставляем необходимые ресурсы для достижения результата Конкурентную заработную плату, уровень которой обсуждается индивидуально с успешным кандидатом Удалённый формат работы с возможностью посещать офис в Москве График 5/2 и гибкий старт рабочего дня #J-18808-Ljbffr Кью Лид
