Maintenance Specialist – Robotics

gpac is working with a growing, family-owned food manufacturing company seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician with hands-on robotics experience. This is an opportunity to join a highly automated facility investing in new equipment and technology, including multiple new production lines.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial robots and automated production equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and minimize production downtime.
• Maintain conveyors, slicing and packaging equipment, motors, sensors, and related systems.
• Support new production lines and perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Identify root causes of equipment failures and work closely with production to improve equipment reliability and safety.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of industrial/manufacturing maintenance experience required.
• Hands-on robotics troubleshooting and repair experience required.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with automated production lines, conveyors, packaging machinery, motors, sensors, or similar equipment.
• Industrial manufacturing experience required
• Technical training, certifications, or an Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, Automation, Automated Factory Systems, or a related field is preferred.

Shift & Compensation

• 2nd or 3rd shift – candidate's choice.
• $30+/hour DOE
• Full-time, onsite position with the opportunity to work directly with robotics, newer automated equipment, and recently installed production lines.
