We are currently seeking a Business Intelligence Senior Specialist to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana (IN-TG), India (IN).

We are seeking an experienced Data Integration and BI professional to manage and maintain enterprise reporting base data, ETL pipelines, and File uploads in various formats for data integration landscapes supporting Sales, POS, Claims, and Supply Chain functions. The ideal candidate combines strong SQL/ETL engineering skills with SAP HANA/CPI-DS/SSIS development experience and Tableau administration/analysis capability, while coordinating with global functional and technical stakeholders across Salesforce, IBP, and Supply Chain Data Warehouse teams.

Key Responsibilities

SSIS ETL & SQL Server Database Maintenance

• Design, develop, and maintain SSIS packages for ETL workflows, incorporating complex SQL queries and stored procedures.
• Perform day-to-day SQL Server database maintenance, including job monitoring, troubleshooting failures, and performance tuning.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and resolve data pipeline issues to ensure reliable, timely data availability.
• Perform ongoing data analysis to validate ETL outputs and support downstream reporting accuracy.

HANA Views, CPI-DS & IBP

• Understand and maintain SAP HANA calculation/analytic views to support reporting and analytics needs.
• Build, test, and administer SAP CPI-DS integration flows, including periodic upgrades and maintenance activities.
• Support solutioning activities for SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP), particularly around forecasting and actuals data flows.
• IBP Solutioning based on database models to meet requirements.
• incorporating complex SQL queries and stored procedures.
• Data analysis on BW data on HANA, test and analyze complex SQL queries on HANA Database.

Tableau Administration & Development & SQL Analysis — 10%

• Perform day-to-day SQL Server database maintenance, including job monitoring, troubleshooting data issues, and performance tuning.
• Perform Tableau Server administration activities as needed (typically twice monthly), including user/content management and issue resolution.
• Develop and maintain Tableau Desktop workbooks with a strong focus on data analysis and visualization for business stakeholders.
• Data analysis on Supply Datawarehouse, test and modify complex SQL queries on Database.
