About the Role

Premier Global Links LLC is seeking a Technical Service Coordinator to coordinate equipment service, warranty activity, customer support, and communication with service technicians, dealers, and internal teams.

The ideal candidate has technical or trade training and hands-on experience with electrical appliances, commercial equipment, or related service work , combined with strong coordination and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate equipment service requests, warranty calls, startups, scheduling, and follow-ups.
• Track equipment status, service activity, assets, and warranty information.
• Serve as a point of contact for customers regarding service requests and updates.
• Communicate with customers, technicians, dealers, installers, and service companies.
• Assist with basic troubleshooting of electrical appliances and equipment.
• Coordinate with service managers, technicians, sales, culinary, and other internal teams.
• Communicate with contractors, HVAC professionals, electricians, plumbers, dealers, and end users.
• Support service companies and equipment dealers with service procedures and equipment information.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation in CRM/service management systems.
• Monitor open service issues and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
• Assist with identifying recurring service issues, customer feedback, and service trends.
• Ensure service information and equipment records are accurate and up to date.

Required Qualifications

• Trade school training, technical education, or hands-on experience with electrical appliances or commercial equipment.
• 2+ years of experience in technical service coordination, field service support, equipment service, technical customer service, or a related service environment.
• Basic understanding of electrical equipment and ability to assist with basic troubleshooting.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Excel, Outlook, and CRM/ERP systems.
• Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced service environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with scheduling, dispatching, or service management systems.
• Experience supporting field technicians, dealers, installers, or equipment service teams.
• Experience with commercial appliances, electrical equipment, HVAC, plumbing, or mechanical systems.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree.
• Multilingual communication skills.
