Who we are looking for Dragons Elite Athletics seeks an entrepreneurial, highly motivated, detail‑oriented professional to serve as President. This key executive will work closely with the Founder/CEO and other leadership to guide the organization’s growth and strategic direction. What you will be working on Essential Duties and Responsibilities Strategic Direction: Define long‑term vision, goals, and policies. Operational Leadership: Manage day‑to‑day business operations and ensure efficient performance. Financial Oversight: Direct budgets, approve expenditures, and maintain financial stability. Board Liaison: Work closely with the board of directors to report performance and align on strategy. Team Management: Appoint, mentor, and lead high‑level staff. External Representation: Act as the company’s spokesperson and manage key relationships. About You We are looking for an individual with a strong operational background and experience dealing with venture capital and/or private equity. The candidate should have: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or finance required. MBA preferred. Prior experience in sales and/or leadership roles in a startup, preferably with a customer and financial services background. Experience as a senior leader in roles such as CEO, CRO, VP of Sales and Marketing, or Business Development. Excellent leadership, negotiation, management, problem‑solving, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work strategically while also engaging in hands‑on problem‑solving. Track record of building innovative, creative, and collaborative teams. Strong desire to lead from a strategic and tactical perspective in all aspects of day‑to‑day operations.
