Luxury Fashion & Timepiece Manager - Jared Jewelers - Victoria Gardens

Title: Luxury Fashion and Timepiece Manager Reports To: General Manager or Assistant General Manager in their absence Basic Function Support management within Jared Jewelers stores by achieving store and individual sales goals through superior guest experience and expert knowledge of fashion merchandise (diamond fashion, gold, color) and timepiece brands. Oversee sales performance, merchandise launch executions, product education implementation, and develop training plans. Minimum Requirements Meet or exceed three of the five performance standards; sales must be one of the three. No Code of Conduct written counseling within the past six months. DCA certified. Minimum six months with the company or similar experience level with another company. Completion of the Minimum Training Requirements training module (found on Signet Learning Portal) and passing the Minimum Training Requirements Quiz. Responsibilities Serve guests and promote store and personal sales (40% time allocated) Consistently attain sales and performance standards, special event and store promotion results. Promote an environment of total guest satisfaction, making the guest’s shopping and jewelry needs the first priority. Provide an exceptional guest experience by following the guest’s agenda and maintaining proper follow‑up using the Clienteling system. Consistently monitor the flow of guests and assist with matching the appropriate team member with the guest. Supervise fashion merchandise categories (diamond fashion, gold, color) and timepiece brands (50% time allocated) Oversee the implementation and administration of fashion and timepiece merchandise, including sales performance, promotions, incentives, launch executions, visual display and merchandising, while attaining product knowledge across categories. Develop and maintain complete knowledge of all fashion and timepiece merchandise, becoming the Subject Matter Expert to effectively train team members on features, benefits, warranties, services, and procedures. Act as a point of contact with vendor partners, completing all vendor trainings, eLearnings, and incentive submissions for the store. Review weekly fashion and timepiece reporting, evaluate areas of opportunity, and coordinate with the management team to develop effective training plans that improve merchandise sales, standards performance, and guest experience. Collaborate and assist with Management Team (10% time allocated) Collaborate with the General Manager on recruiting, hiring, scheduling, performance appraisals, counseling, and other personnel information. Communicate pertinent information to the General Manager concerning personnel, security concerns, merchandising needs, and more. Respond to guest complaints and issues promptly and courteously in partnership with the General Manager. Assist the management team with primary responsibilities in their absence. Strictly adhere to all company policies and procedures, including Loss Prevention, Sales, and Credit policies, and maintain a high level of security awareness during selling procedures. Physical Demands Ability to stand for long periods, reach with hands and arms, move among display cases, handle and feel merchandise, sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, lift and move up to 10 pounds, and have adequate vision to discern quality differences. Work Schedule Work hours include evenings, weekends, and special events as required by the store. Three nights per week or as directed by the General Manager. Sunday on an alternating basis or as needed. Store hours during key selling times of the year. Pay Base pay ranges from $16.90 to $20.50 per hour, plus commission on sales. Final pay rate will be determined by experience and qualifications.
