Case Manager: Housing & Mental Health Advocate
Downtown Emergency Service Center
The Downtown Emergency Service Center is seeking a dedicated case manager to support adults with severe mental illnesses at their Rainier House location in Washington. This role involves working as part of a multi-disciplinary team, providing case management, conducting psychosocial assessments, and advocating for clients' access to necessary resources. Preferred candidates will have a relevant degree and experience working in mental health support.
