Key Responsibilities

• Construct and install wood-frame structures including floors, walls, and roof systems.
• Precisely measure, cut, and assemble lumber and engineered wood materials.
• Ensure all framing is level, square, plumb, and meets local building codes.
• Operate power tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: At least 2 years of professional experience in residential framing.
• Tools: Must own and bring basic hand tools (tool belt, hammer, tape measure, speed square, etc.).
• Transportation: Must have a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation to travel to various job sites.
• Character: We value reliability and a strong work ethic . We need team members who arrive on time and are ready to contribute.

Working Conditions

• Environmental: Ability to work effectively in inclement weather and outdoor conditions.
• Physical: Must be capable of heavy lifting (50+ lbs), climbing ladders, and working at heights.
