If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.We are currently seeking a Design Leadto join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US)Job Responsibilites Include:· Partner with clients and colleagues in the creative, research, strategy, and technology domains to understand business objectives, user goals, and technical constraints· Contribute throughout the UI design process by understanding current state, brainstorming solutions, developing design systems and designs of increasing fidelity, and supporting development teams.· Develop and communicate visual and branding standards (fonts, colors, imagery, iconography, interaction, etc.)· Own visual communication of concepts (develop visuals designs, sketches, images, presentation decks, etc.)· Develop and communicate standard UI patterns· Prepare and present solutions to internal teams and key stakeholdersBasic Qualifications:· 5+ years' experience in UI Design and/or Visual Design· Bachelor's degree in Design / HCI / Related Field, or equivalent work experience· 5+ years' experience in or more of the following: common design tools (Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.), prototyping tools (InVision, Axure, etc.), and collaboration tools (Abstract, Sharepoint, etc.)Preferred Skills:· Online portfolio or samples of work demonstrating solid experience designing responsive web and mobile applications· Capability to produce intuitive, user-centered designs across multiple channels and devices· Capacity to deliver against several initiatives simultaneously· Excellent written and verbal communication skills· Strong time management skills and the ability to be self-directed when needed· Strong client (presentation) communication skills and the ability to present and sell ideas to various audiences (technical and non-technical)· Strong understanding of activities such as identifying UI requirements, developing design concepts, design thinking, sketching, and development support· Strong understanding of deliverables such as mood boards, sketches, annotations, visual comps, prototypes, illustrations, icon systems, and design systems· Ability to partner closely with developers, QA and product managers to rapidly iterate on designs based on user feedback and technical constraints**** Only include for US Based positionsMust reside in the USWhere required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $95,400.00-$220,800.00. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations.
