Job Description

• Develop Tailored Therapy Plans: Conduct assessments to identify patient needs and craft personalized treatment strategies that foster functional achievements.
• Facilitate Therapeutic Activities: Implement evidence-based methods to improve patients' motor skills, cognitive function, and daily living tasks.
• Collaborate with a Multidisciplinary Team: Work synergistically with OTs, PTs, STs, medical doctors, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care.
• Empower Patients and Their Families: Provide education on therapeutic practices to enable progress at home.
• Track and Adapt Treatment Progress: Closely monitor outcomes and make necessary adjustments to optimize patient trajectories.

Education

• Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Encouragement and support for ongoing education and professional development opportunities.

Certifications

• Possess an active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• Certification from the NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) is required.
