Job Description Central Florida Pain Management Openings Expanding Pain Medicine practice in need of highly productive Pain Management physicians. Chronic pain management practice. Primarily medication management and injections. 100% outpatient - No nights Outstanding compliance and solid vetting process 100% of patient's referrals from physicians Current Physician is Retiring Office Hours are 8:30-3:30 Mon-Thurs Payor Mix: 90% Medicare, NO Medicaid Patient Volume: 30-35 Patients a day Competitive Compensation and Benefits Package (Paid Malpractice, Vacation, Health Insurance ) Ownership Opportunity Available Directorship Opportunity Available Responsibilities and Duties Clinical Responsibilities: Prescribes pharmaceuticals, other medications, and treatment regimens as appropriate to medical conditions. To provide a comprehensive medical evaluation, including diagnosis and treatment plans for patients with chronic pain Ability to maintain quality, safety and/or infection control standards Abides by the medical practice standards act. Qualifications and Skills Requirements: " Education: Must have obtained an MD or DO degree and completed an accredited residency program and Pain Management Fellowship. " Licensure, Registry Required: State of Florida and Federal DEA Certification; valid Medical License Knowledge of legal and ethical standards for the delivery of medical care. Ability to maintain quality, safety, and/or infection control standard Knowledge of community medical diagnostic and patient care services in area of medical expertise Knowledge of current comprehensive medical evaluation, including diagnosis and treatment plans for patients in chronic pain. Effective verbal and written communication skills Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
