Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows are considered
• Prior school-based experience is highly valued
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to develop rapport and engage with students, parents, and educators

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and create individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, communication, or swallowing disorders
• Deliver direct and indirect therapy services in accordance with IEPs
• Maintain accurate documentation of student progress, session notes, and eligibility reports
• Consult with classroom teachers, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams to support each learner
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to progress monitoring
• Provide strategies and resources for teachers and families to promote carryover of skills
