Project Manager

Maintain project and portfolio information Prepare weekly and monthly portfolio reports and executive dashboards Monitor project financials, including budgets, forecasts, and actual expenditures Coordinate project governance meetings and track follow-up action items Support portfolio planning, intake, and prioritization activities Validate data and maintain information in ServiceNow Analyze data and develop summary views that communicate findings Create dashboards and visualizations for portfolio performance and key metrics Assist with month-end and quarterly reporting Prepare reporting materials for leadership meetings Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and data quality Maintain reporting documentation, report definitions, and standard operating procedures Requirements Entry-level role Associate's or bachelor's degree in business, information technology, management, finance, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience Strong analytical skills Organizational and time management skills Solid written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Teams, and SharePoint Experience with ServiceNow and GitLab preferred but not required Strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Core Competencies Demonstrates strong analytical skills and proficiency in data management and reporting, with a focus on maintaining project financials and creating visualizations for portfolio performance.
