Job Title

RN – Emergency Room / Med Surg

Location

Quanah, TX | Critical Access Hospital

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | PRN | Days (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide total patient care across both Emergency Room and Med Surg settings within a critical access facility
• Perform IV insertion and management, EKG interpretation, and medication administration
• Conduct glucose checks and assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Maintain a patient ratio of 1:3
• Document patient care and clinical information using CPSI charting system

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in Emergency Room and/or Med Surg
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• PALS certification required
• TNCC certification required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a critical access hospital environment
• Comfort working in a cross-functional role covering both ER and Med Surg units
• Familiarity with CPSI electronic health records system
