About the Team The Assistant Store Manager (ASM) will fully immerse themselves in our brand, culture, and products, taking immense pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role supports the Store Manager and drives sales on the floor alongside the team. Key Responsibilities Engage customers, driving sales and exceeding individual and store sales goals. Provide excellent product knowledge and create unforgettable shopping moments. Coach and inspire the sales team, providing real‑time feedback to achieve KPIs. Build loyal fans by authentically engaging beyond transactions. Support hiring of sales associates and leads. Maintain merchandising and operational standards for smooth, on‑brand operations. Complete all other duties as assigned. Desired Qualifications Results‑oriented leader with at least 2 years of experience in a high‑performance selling environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to connect with people at all levels. Strong business acumen and analytical thinking, delivering positive results. Master of time management, setting priorities and delegating tasks efficiently. Proficient with general computer software (Microsoft Office 365) and retail point‑of‑sale systems. Minimum age 18; must provide proof of identity and eligibility to work. Flexible for nights, weekends, and holidays; able to stand for extended periods, lift 50+ pounds, and arrive on time.
