The Children’s Ear, Nose, Throat and Allergy is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Pediatric Otolaryngologist to join our growing, physician-led practice in Orlando, Florida. Due to continued growth and strong referral demand, this is a unique opportunity to step into a busy, established practice with immediate patient volume and a highly collaborative team environment focused exclusively on pediatric care.\n

• Established team of 3 Pediatric ENT Surgeons, 3 Audiologists, and 4 Nurse Practitioners

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: $420,000
\n
• Productivity Bonus: Additional earning potential based on performance
\n
• 20 days paid vacation, 5 sick days, and 5 CME days
\n
• CME Allowance: $3,500 annually
\n
• 12 weeks paid maternity leave
