Job Title: Physical Therapist (PT) Position Overview
We are currently seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) for a contract rehabilitation assignment. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled therapist to make a meaningful impact on patient recovery, mobility, and overall quality of life within a supportive healthcare environment.

Shift Time: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Break: 30 Minutes
40 Hours Per Week
Pay Rate: $60.00 - $70.00 per hour
Responsibilities- Evaluate patients and create individualized treatment plans
- Implement evidence-based therapy programs to improve mobility and function
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients and families on recovery strategies and home exercise programs
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Promote safe and effective rehabilitation outcomes
- Critical need assignment
- $2,000 completion bonus available
- Monday to Friday schedule
- Candidates must hold an active Physical Therapy license where applicable
- Government-issued photo identification is required during onboarding and must be worn while on assignment
