Job Description As a Security Officer Patrol Support in Denver, CO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $21.30 / Hour DayTimeTue11:00 PM - 07:00 AMWed11:00 PM - 07:00 AMThur11:00 PM - 07:00 AMSat11:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You’ll Do Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology-focused location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts according to post procedures. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout office spaces, lobbies, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials where required, and report maintenance, lighting, and/or access control issues that could impact daily operations at the location. Minimum Requirements Alarm panel experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. CPR and/or First Aid is preferred. Access control and/or badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
