Registered Nurse First Assistant

Kaiser Permanente is seeking an experienced RN First Assist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In collaboration with surgeons and perioperative staff, you will provide direct patient care before, during, and after surgery, including first assist in the OR, intraoperative tissue handling, suturing, hemostasis, and patient positioning. You will participate in care planning, patient education, and quality improvement initiatives. Our culture emphasizes innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning to support professional growth and excellent patient outcomes in a fast-paced, team-based surgical environment.
