Senior Project ManagerInsight Global is supporting a leading company within the HVAC and piping industry in the search for a Senior Project Manager to support its Major Projects Group. This individual will play a critical leadership role overseeing complex, large-scale industrial projects from initiation through closeout, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within scope, and on budget. The ideal candidate brings strong experience managing cross-functional teams, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and driving execution across engineering, procurement, and construction environments.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage multiple industrial projects simultaneously, overseeing scope, schedule, budget, quality, and riskServe as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal leadership throughout the project lifecycleDevelop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and cost forecastsCoordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, construction, and subcontractorsProactively identify project risks and implement mitigation strategiesEnsure compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company policiesMonitor project performance and provide regular status updates to senior leadershipManage change orders, contract administration, and documentationDrive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and best practicesMentor and support junior project managers and project team members
